During our trip the house boat itself was great. We had a wonderful time on the lake. However, the check in and out process was awful. When we were ready to leave the dock we called in 3 times over 30 minutes and did not receive any response. We had to talk to a staff member to get someone to bring us out. When we were ready for the check in we waited for 40 minutes in the no wake zone, again calling in 3 times with no response. We eventually had to call the state dock on the telephone to get someone out to us. This process while it's ok that the speed may be slow, we should get responses on the radio when we in. To me that is unacceptable.
this is a good place .. our boat broke down and they took us to get parts ! very good people and service . i recommend this place .
